I have pimple like bumps around the rim of my anus that appear sometimes. That is to say that sometimes they are there and sometimes they are not. When they do appear I have only felt them and not actually had a visual because of awkwardness of viewing that area. I have squeezed them and what comes out is similar to a regular pimple of the face. When squeezing it I use two fingers from one hand and it is necessary to kind of get under it in order for it to discharge. Of course it has a foul smell but not unexpected for that area, has a black brown smaller head to it and the remainder is a white discharge, however its unlike what one would get from the face nose, the long skinny snake worm like that continues to grow as long as pressure applied. I have had these off and on for years. They have never caused any pain or discomfort. Any ideas?
