This is a common occurrence among patients with hiv/aids virus, it is usually caused by ingesting food which contains unhatched insect eggs and or larvae, the normal healthy human's immune system would destroy the eggs before they had had a chance to hatch. In the case of food with unhatched eggs, is also more likely to come from drinking orange juice, as the FDA allows only 2 fruit fly eggs but can contain at approximately three maggots. But this patients immune system was not strong enough to kill the unhatched eggs, intern resulting in a maggot infestation.
